Terms of Service – DicePlay
Welcome to DicePlay. By using this application, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. Purpose of the App
DicePlay is a custom dice set creator and roller with 2D and 3D physics rolls. It is intended for tabletop RPGs, board games, party games, and quick decisions.
2. Data and Storage
DicePlay does not require user accounts or login. Dice sets, settings, and photo die faces are stored locally on your device. The app does not collect or store personal data on external servers.
3. Advertisements
The free tier may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use device identifiers or the advertising identifier to provide and measure advertising content.
4. In-App Purchases
Users may make optional one-time purchases: “DicePlay Plus” (advanced dice, photo faces, per-face colors, no ads) or “Remove Ads” (removes ads; free-tier limits still apply). Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit.
5. User Responsibility
The app is intended for personal entertainment. Users are responsible for how they use the app and for managing their device settings and purchases.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.
7. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
