Terms of Service – TalkRush
Welcome to TalkRush. By using this application, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. Purpose of the App
TalkRush is a local party word game where players take turns explaining and guessing words or phrases under time pressure. The app is designed for offline, on-device use only.
2. Data Storage
The app does not require registration or account creation. No personal data is collected or stored. All gameplay data remains on the user’s device.
3. Free and Premium Access
The app includes free categories and activities. Additional categories can be unlocked through in-app purchases (IAP). Ads are displayed to free users via AdMob. Users may be asked to consent to tracking in accordance with App Tracking Transparency (ATT) guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Some word prompts may reference well-known brands, celebrities, movies, or fictional characters (e.g., “Nike”, “Titanic”, “Pikachu”) purely as neutral, text-only concepts for gameplay. No logos, images, audio, or videos are included. The app does not imply endorsement or affiliation with trademark holders.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. The app is provided for entertainment purposes only.
6. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
