Privacy Policy – GlowTime

GlowTime stores user data (such as clients, visits, services, materials, notes, and settings) in the Google Firebase cloud database (Firestore) and locally on your device to support offline mode and synchronization.

The app uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. As part of sign-in, information provided by these providers (such as email address and account identifier) may be processed to create and manage your user account and to associate your data with your account.

Client information (such as name, phone number, email, and notes) and visit details are entered by you as the app user. This information is stored in your account and is used solely to operate the app’s features (client records, scheduling and visit history, reports).

In the app settings, you can request account deletion. When you delete your account, the corresponding data in Firebase is removed to the extent implemented by the app, and your Firebase Authentication user account is then deleted.

Data processing through Google services (Firebase and, where applicable, Google Sign-In) is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. For more information about Firebase data processing, see Firebase privacy documentation: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Sign in with Apple is processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
