Terms of Service – GlowTime
Welcome to GlowTime. By using this application, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. Purpose of the App
GlowTime is an application for managing clients, visits, services, notes, and related records. The app helps users organize their work and keep visit history synchronized across devices.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
GlowTime uses Firebase Authentication for account access. Users may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account you use with the app.
3. Data Storage and Synchronization
Data entered into GlowTime, including client records, visit history, notes, services, materials, and settings, may be stored locally and synchronized through Google Firebase. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you enter is lawful and that you have the right to process it.
4. Availability of the Service
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Some features may depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Apple, or Google.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you store in GlowTime, for compliance with applicable privacy obligations, and for keeping your device and account access secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages from use of the app, data loss, synchronization issues, or third-party service interruptions.
7. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from within the app settings. When your account is deleted, associated data is removed to the extent supported by the app and backend services.
8. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
